Providing compassionate counseling to individuals &  families in Irvine, CA and Beyond

Photo of Clint Christie

Welcome to Clint Christie Counseling. My journey through life has led me to wear various hats, and while I began in Southern California as a dedicated professional in the fire service, it was the profound human connections and stories I encountered that guided me to the world of counseling.

In my time serving the community, I saw the toll that daily stresses and life's unexpected turns can take on individuals and their relationships. It's not uncommon for us to seek solace in temporary solutions, be it substances or unhealthy habits, which can eventually lead to more profound challenges, both personally and within our families.

As your counselor, my mission is to offer personalized, holistic, and collaborative counseling tailored to your individual, family, or couple's needs. My experiences have taught me the importance of understanding every person's unique life story and the intricacies of the challenges they face. I aim to provide a safe haven for you—a place where you are heard, understood, and supported, enabling you to thrive both personally and professionally.

I'm here to walk alongside you, no matter what path you are on. Let's work together towards a brighter, healthier future.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

First Responders

I work with individuals who are experiencing a range of challenges related to their work as first responders. These may include workplace stress, or life stress associated with balancing work and home life, and relationships with their partner and family.

Couples & Families

If you're here, chances are you are looking for support and guidance on how to navigate the unique challenges that come with relationships and family life when one or more of you are first responders.

Children & Teens

Being a first responder can come with unique challenges that can affect the entire family, particularly children and teens. It's not easy for children and teens to grow up with a parent who is a first responder.

Life Transition

I work with individuals who are navigating significant life transitions. This can include college students, individuals who are retiring from a long career, as a civilian or first responder, or survivors of an acquired brain injury or stroke.
